We service all brands of computers and laptops for home users. All of our technicians are certified in various areas of expertise to quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair your computer or laptop to perfect working order.

Personal Computer Repair

We charge a $35.00 diagnostic fee to determine the problem and give you an accurate description of the repairs that will be needed. We will call you with an estimate before repairing your computer. If you choose to have us repair your computer the diagnostic fee is waived.

We charge $60.00 an hour for in shop work and most problems can be fixed within that first hour. Occasionally repairs may take 2 hours but only on extreme circumstances will the charge be greater than 2 hours.

Laptop Repair

Laptops are repaired at the same rate as desktops computers at $60.00 per hour. Most repairs can be done in less than 2 hours.

If dismantling is required, you will be charged a diagnostic fee of $60.00.

Laptop Screen Replacement - $90.00 + parts.

We also offer a repair service for laptop powerjacks repairs and these are charged at a flat rate of $189.00, this include all necessary parts.

Turnaround time for most laptop repairs is about 3 days.

In-Home Service

For those times when bringing your computer to us is not convenient or practical, we offer in-home service by our certified technicians. We service all areas and we can schedule a time that is convenient for you. In-Home services starts at $180.00 and includes 2 hours of service.

We can setup new hardware, install and test a home wireless network, remove spyware and viruses or any other problems you may have.

Laptop Rental Service

Don't let the repair of your PC become an inconvenience. Quinn Technology offers our in-shop customers a Laptop Rental Service. It's only a $40 flat fee for the duration of the repair.
